Started in October, 2008 owner and founder Amber Strick began No Excuses based on the principle that a stronger body, is the foundation for a lifetime of success. A Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Amber draws great satisfaction from helping people get healthy and showing them that they can be fit at any age.
No Excuses Personal Training and Bootcamps integrates cardio, balance, strength and endurance training, led by experienced instructors that work with you every step of the way regardless of your fitness level. Instructors encourage each participant to recognize their current physical and mental capabilities and to teach them how to push beyond those mind games that we often have leading you towards progress and accomplishing your goals.
