Bootcamp classes consist of weight training, cardio activity, and core strengthening movements in a small group consisting of 5-10 employees. These classes are open to people of all fitness and strength levels and are held there at your own corporate location. We can use any open floor space, room, or gym available. The trainers at No Excuses will bring all of the necessary fitness equipment to be used in the classes.

Yoga is being embraced by many progressive businesses and is a great benefit. We offer a range of practices from slow and meditative to energizing and active. We will get to know your staff and find out the type of practice most needed. Yoga provides the benefits of relaxation/stress management training and fitness.

Zumba classes combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and a hip hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. You could burn between 350 to 900 calories PER class.

During my initial 8 week session, Amber closely monitored my progress both in fitness and nutrition. She encouraged me to download and maintain a fitness app that would help me record and maintain a food journal that would effectively track my calories. More importantly, she got a good idea of the pace I was comfortable with and pushed me just beyond it for optimal results. When my technique needed to be adjusted, she was quick to show me the proper methods and provided effective positive reinforcement throughout.
After just a few short weeks, I’m in the best shape of my life! I would definitely recommend Amber’s boot camp program to anyone who wants to challenge themselves and feel great!
